after referred as VVCIEMPL) is a governing group
facilitating and acting as EDUCATION CONSULTANT
for providing resourceful guidance in seeking
admission to various colleges / institutions as
per the candidate's request.

No
Cash Payment towards service charges are accepted.
All payments should be made through Cheques /
Drafts favouring VVC INDIA EDUCATION & MEDIA
PRIVATE LIMITED payable at New Delhi. VVCIEMPL
would not be held responsible for any payment
received in cash by its employees.

Premier
fees Rs. 1500 (One thousand five hundred only)
is non refundable and non adjustable in any circumstances.

VVCIEMPL
may assist in services like deposit of examination
/ annual / management fee with the respective
colleges / Institutions purely on your approval
and risk. It does not guarantee of fixation of
amount of such fee.

If
admission does not get confirm due to any specific
changes in rules & regulations of College
/University / Government or relevant court orders,
VVCIEMPL does not owe any responsibility.

If
VVCIEMPL
is unable to secure the admission to the choice
of the candidate, despite of best efforts, it
reserves the right to refund the service charge
as deposited with it subject to deduction of processing
charges and other deemed expenses. VVCIEMPL
is
not concern any amount (deposited in college either
tution fee/management fe etc.) except to service
charge.

The
decision of the board of directors of VVCIEMPL
would
be final and binding in any circumstances and
would have to be abided by the respective candidate
/ guardian.

All
disputes hereinafter relating to any matter subject
to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
